I wish I could deploy WinZip or Adobe Acrobat with WUS.

At present, WSUS is only going to support a very limited set of applications. Please open the
architecture so that customers can get their own patches added.

I wish you can just click a button to remotely install an update in real time directly to the client.
Resolution for WUS RTM
This feature did not get included WSUS version 1, but is under consideration for future versions.
