Distinguish Between Synchronization And Download

It would be very beneficial to make a clearer distinction between the "Synchronization Status" and the "Download Status" information. I inadvertently disconnected my WUS beta 2 server from its Internet connection while it was in the middle of downloading over 1.2Gb of updates (first sync run).

The synchronization and download admin page (appears to) combine the status of two distinct processes. The eye-catching "Success" and "Idle" text on that page lead me to believe that everything was finished. I didn't catch the glitch until I re-synched my WUS beta 2 server and noticed that the download progress continued (download byte count and file count continued to increase) after the synchronization process indicated it had completed successfully.

We're still having, and working through other issues as well, but that was the first speed bump that seemed more related to a potential interface modification, as opposed to user-induced problems. T. Williams - williams_tim@bah.com
