WSUS 3.0 Automatic Approval EULA Gotcha |
SYMPTOMS:
Running the Default Automatic approval rule (When an update is in Critical Updates, Security Updates Approve the update for all computers) results in some Critical & Security updates still not being approved.
CAUSE:
The EULA for the unapproved updates has not yet been accepted.
WORKAROUND:
Manually approve one of the unapproved Critical or Security updates and accept the EULA, and then re-run the Default Automatic approval rule. Repeat this as neccessary until you have accepted the EULA's for each product.
