Here is a list of issues found with WSUS RTM. For convenience, the issue list is divided in to server, client and content issues. If you find any bugs or other issues with WSUS RTM, please report them to Microsoft using the process described on the Report WSUS Bugs page.

WSUS 3 Automatic Approval EULA Gotcha: Approve all Critical/Security updates dosen't necessaily approve all Critical/Security updates.

Content File Download Failed Access Denied: In some cases, download fails due to access control issues.

Content File Download Failed The server does not support the necessary HTTP protocol: In some cases, download fails if the server does not support necessary HTTP protocol.

SelfUpdate Tree is not working: Clients may not be able to update to the latest WUS client software and communicate with the WUS Server.

WSUS Sync Error: Unable to generate a temporary class while trying to synchronize Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) Server with Microsoft Update (MU).

Index Out Of Range Exception: Windows Server Update Services encountered an error. Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Slow Update Approval: WSUS is taking more time to approve updates.

I have problem with my WSUS server. It is running Win 2003 Server. It serves about 75 computers that do NOT belong to a single domain. Everything works great except for one thing: the Malicious software removal tool. I can't get this update to be included in the monthly sync with the mother ship. Does anyone have a solution or ran into this before?
